Access Statement for Croft Cottage
Self Catering Cottage.

Introduction
Croft Cottage is a traditional stone built two bedroom cottage, and is situated approximately 600 yards from the town centre.
The front door opens into a small vestibule with a glass door leading into the open plan beamed sitting room/dining area. A table and 4 chairs are placed opposite the kitchen area. A two seated sofa and 2 armchairs are set around the gas fire offering comfortable relaxing ambience. Also provided are a TV/VCR, DVD and CD radio player.
A stairs leading from the sitting room to a landing, There are two bedrooms and bathroom.
A combi boiler provides heating and hot water.

    Richmond is easily reached by public or private transport. The AI and A66 are approximately 5 miles away giving good access to North-South, East - West
    Provision for travel by public transport is very good-a regular bus service operates in and out of Richmond connecting nearby market towns the dales and the nearest large town of Darlington approximately 12 miles away, which has a Train Station and is on main North South London to Edinburgh route.

    Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
    There is a private car park to the side of the cottage with an allocated centre space for 1 car to the cottage.
    The car park is a gravelled area, and a path to the rear entrance. There is one step to the back door. (11''wide -35'' long- 5'' depth)
    There is also street parking and public car parks pay and display around the town.
    A disc- parking scheme operates in designated zones. This scheme allows 2 hours free parking in these zones when displaying the arrival time on the disc.
    There are discs in the cottage or they can be obtained free from local shops and TIC Centre.
